Experimental Study on Influence of Shuiluerxian Pellet to Adrianmycin-inducded Nephropathy Rat's Proteinuria

Objective To explore the effects of abstracted Liquid of Shuiluerxian Pellet on proteinuria of Adrianmycin-inducded nephropathy rats.Methods Wistar rats were divided at random into five groups:the normal group,the model group,the high-dosed group,the low-dosed group and the Bennazepril group.The nephritic syndrome model was made by injecting Adrianmycin once into the tail vein of the rat.Check 24 hours urine protein quantity(24hUPQ),urine β2 microglobulin(β2-MG),urine albumin(U-ALB)and urine immunoglobulin G(IgG),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum albumin(ALB),serum total protein(TP),triglycerides(TG)and cholesterol(CHOL).Kidney tissues were observed by light and electron microscope.Results After 3-week treatment,in the high-dosed,low-dosed groups 24hUPQ,U-ALB,β2-MG and IgG of the rats were significantly lower than those in the model group(P0.01),and the severity of pathological lesions in the rats was decreased;the serum level of ALB and TP was higher than that in the model group(P0.01);the content of TG and CHOL was significantly lower than that in the model group(P0.01).Conclusion Shuiluerxian Pellet could relieve the degree of pathological lesions of Adrianmycin-induced nephropathy rats,and reduce the Proteinuria.In addition,Shuiluerxian Pellet has good function of improving on the nutriture,as well as regulating the protein and lipid metabolism.
