Development and application of secondary thermal distribution brick-concrete structure bulk curing barn

Study and application of secondary thermal distribution brick-concrete structure bulk curing barn was to developed to solve the problem of wet and dry bulb temperatures control and heat efficiency.The results showed that the temperature and the humidity for curing could be accurately controlled by secondary thermal distribution brick-concrete structure bulk curing barn,with smaller horizontal and vertical temperature difference,proper wind speed,smoother ventilation and humidity exhaustion and higher heat energy utilization in practice,which met the requirement of normal bulk curing barn.Compared with the up-draft curing bulk barn introduced from Anhui province,the quality of cured tobacco was improved significantly with higher appearance and internal quality,and the combined economic effect was increased.
