Study on Action of Flow Cytometry on Apoptotic Cell

Flow cytometric techniques have been used to detect apotposis and to measure intracellular changes that occur during apoptosis.In this review we outline several fluorescence staining and analysis of apoptotic methods.At the same time,we discuss their clinical application in the studies of apoptotic carcinoma,anti apoptotic proteins and the apoptosis of lymphocytes of cancer patients.
