Handle for a distal tool (11) of endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery, comprising a handle (1), an orientation wheel (7) and a lever (2), so that the palm and fingers middle, ring and little fingers surround and firmly hold the handle (1), while the thumb rests on the actuating lever (2), and the index finger abuts the orientation wheel (7), such that the lever drive (2) comprises a visible portion and an invisible part where the visible part of the actuating lever (2) is located in the upper region of the handle (1), and movement ranges along the longitudinal axis of the tool, showing different positions involving different degrees of opening of the distal tool (11), and such that one of the actuation directions required force by the carrier for the movement of the distal tool (11), my enter the opposite direction does not require strength, and where the non-visible part of the actuating lever (2) has two opposite openings and configured to locate a pin (12) which serves the lever (2) supporting the movement, so that the longitudinal axis of the pivot (12) is perpendicular to movement of the actuating lever (2), and further wherein said non-visible part of the actuating lever (2) comprises in its interior a drive element (8) whose longitudinal axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pivot (12).
