Limiting alternating states in the optimal control of electromechanical systems

The development of a mathematical model of an electromechanical system, taking account of elastic elements, is considered, as well as the synthesis of optimal regulators and optimal observers and limitation of the alternating states of the system. Simulation results are presented for the transient processes in the primary electric drive of a blooming mill.
