The invention provides a measurement jig for a rotary blade. The measurement jig for the rotary blade comprises a blade clamping device, a pressure measurement device and a tension measurement device, wherein the blade clamping device comprises a blade tenon clamping block, a spring and a frame body; the slantwise side surface of the blade tenon clamping block contacts with the blade tenon of the rotary blade to be measured, the pressure measurement device comprises a pressure sensor and a pressure application device, and the pressure sensor is arranged between the blade tenon and the pressure application device; the spring is connected with the tension measurement device, the tension measurement device comprises a tension sensor and a tension application device, wherein the tension sensor is arranged between the tension application device and the spring; the pressure application device and the tension application device are arranged on the frame body respectively. With the adoption of the device and the method provided by the invention, researches for the vibration condition of the blade to be measured under different tension actions on the blade and different clamping forces on the blade tenon are realized.
