This paper analyzes the current situation of Taishan night market and the organization management method. Based on the comparative analysis with Chengdu, we put forward suggestions for the transformation of Taishan night market from strengthening the night market network management, solving the problem of infrastructure, construction of network information platform, innovating management mode, creating intensive cultural management characteristics, combining cultural development with “sharing” economic concept, thus creating greater benefits.
