ECO-ETHICS:ALTERNATIVE PERSPECTIVE OF URBAN PLANNING

This paper introduces an alternative perspective of urban planning that is developing the conduct rules and moral ethics which adjust the rela-tionship among people into the human and natural system,and rationalizing the conduct in the land use planning and urban-rural construction by moral ethics. It presents the cognition and proposition for the real-ization of eco-ethics in urban planning based on the ideology and value of eco-ethics.
