The Manufacturing company Edimen S.A. It is a company that is dedicated day to day to improving infrastructure and Quevedo Canton Province, one of the more high-margin businesses of responsibility and now compliance; but also one of its biggest problems is the communication part of both its internal and external audiences. So it was based on this problem were proposed a feasibility study for implementation of a Communication Plan, which helps the company to see how to get to their external customers and create a better working environment that had the first part of the research realization a situational analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In developing the plan was important to raise based goals in what was to be achieved, proposing objectives ranging from the approach of communication strategies for internal audiences, to the development of print media to help create greater awareness in external audiences. For the development of research qualitative and quantitative methodologies and the use of field research that in turn is composed of a group of methods and research tools such as observation, surveys and interviews the Manager of the Company who helped were implemented information gathering explicit and clear plan for implementing the communication in each of its phases. Considering the information obtained through the survey and interviews proceeded to approach internal communication strategies such as placing suggestion boxes, briefings and meetings; and internal communication strategies and development of a website and social networks that allow direct interaction with our target audience, radio spots that will help generate greater knowledge about the company, placement of advertising and magazine advertising billboards; plus the budget for implementing the plan amounting to US $ 20,770.00 US dollars for three months was presented .
