“Humanity” of Hospital Design

In recent years,hospitals in our country are being designed and constructed at a historical reat.New hospitals are being built.Existing hospitals are going through re-modelling and expansion across the country.As the living condition of the people continue improve,the public has higher and higher standard for the overall hospital environment.The issue of humanizing the hospital.environment has received wide attention from the public.I participated in the design of several large hospitals with Beijing Zhong Yuan Design Research Institute in recent years.In all of those designs,we focused on functionality and usability as well as personal care.The design was meant to provide the best care environment and experience for both the patients and the family and friends to meet the design of modern request.
