Data transmission method and user equipment

Provided are a data transmission method and user equipment. The method comprises: sending, by user equipment (UE), auxiliary scheduling information to a first portion of or all of network-side devices so that the first portion of or all of the network-side devices determine an uplink transmission state of the UE according to the auxiliary scheduling information and schedule the UE according to the uplink transmission state of the UE, wherein the uplink transmission state is a first uplink transmission state in which uplink data can be transmitted over uplink carriers corresponding to all network-side devices simultaneously, or a second uplink transmission state in which uplink data can be transmitted over uplink carriers corresponding to a second portion of network-side devices simultaneously; and transmitting, by the UE, data according to the scheduling information about the second portion of or all of network-side devices.
