Locking device for engine hood and vehicle

The invention discloses a locking device for an engine hood and a vehicle. The locking device comprises a lock pin, a bottom plate, a first locking piece, a second locking piece and a driving piece. A primary latch hook is arranged on the second locking piece. The driving piece can move relative to the bottom plate and comprises a first driving part and a second driving part. The first driving part is suitable for driving the first locking piece to enable the first locking piece and the second locking piece to be unlocked. After the first locking piece and the second locking piece are unlocked, the second driving part is suitable for driving the second locking piece to enable the lock pin to be separated from the primary latch hook. When at least a part of the second locking piece is driven by the second driving part, the first locking piece is not driven by the first driving part. By means of the locking device for the engine hood, disclosed by the invention, damage to the bottom plate or other parts, which is caused by too long stroke of the first driving part, can be avoided, and primary locking of the engine hood can be rapidly removed through the locking device.
