Customer satisfaction has become a major challenge for large companies globally, reason, continuous improvement plans and process changes that will optimize client relationships required - worker. Telecommuting is one of these start-ups which contributed positively and negatively to improve processes so but in many cases is aimed at decreasing operating costs of companies ignoring the fundamental goal of improving customer relations .
