Construction technologies of extruded concrete side-wall of Bailianhe Pumped Storage Power Station

For the traditional construction method of concrete faced rockfill dam,the construction procedure is complicated and the interference of overlapping operation is serious,especially the potential safety hazards exist in artificial slope-cutting and slope-compaction,which will influence the reclamation construction of dam body.In the construction of concrete face rockfill dam in Bailianhe Pumped Storage Station Project,the slope protection technologies by extruded side-wall is adopted to simplify construction procedure,accelerate reclamation process,improve the bedding construction quality and ensure safety in flood season.At the same time,the input is reduced,the cost is lowered and the rock-fall on upper slope and the slope-compaction construction can be avoided,thus the safety in construction is enhanced.
