Wood adhesive active filler and using method thereof

2013
The invention discloses a wood adhesive active filler. The wood adhesive active filler is formed by mixing a component (A) and/or a component (B). The component (A) is ultrafine powder which is prepared from fruits or seed shells which are rich in lignin, and comprises one or a mixture of the ultrafine powder of peanut shells, oil tea shells, walnut shells, almond shells, hawthorn shells, nut shells, pine nut shells and cottonseed shells. The component (B) comprises one or a mixture of ultrafine powder of larch barks, eucalyptus barks, black wattles, red bayberry barks and peach barks. The wood adhesive active filler has the advantages that agriculture and forestry processing residues are low in cost and are rich; the wood adhesive active filler replaces a great amount of flour and bean flour used in the artificial board industry, so that the situation of grain tension can be relieved; a new purpose is created for the agriculture and forestry processing residues, and the utilization value of the agriculture and forestry processing residues is increased; and a novel high-quality active additive is provided for the plywood industry, the formaldehyde release amount of a plywood can be decreased, and further the bonding strength of the plywood can be remarkably improved.
