Pressure dependence of the high field susceptibility in Fe-Ni Invar alloys

Abstract Measurements of high field susceptibility under hydrostatic pressures were made in Fe-Ni Invar alloy in a wide temperature range between 4.2 K and room temperature. The observed pressure dependence was always positive, and the inclination slightly increased with temperature above 77 K, while an anomalously large value was observed at 4.2 K.
