Preparation method of cyclizing polyacrylonitrile compound multi-metal oxide

2010
The present invention relates to a method for preparation can utilize visible light photocatalytic composite photocatalytic decomposition of water into hydrogen system. In this system cyclized polyacrylonitrile as a matrix, with iron-based oxide as the main body, other composite metal oxide, and a small amount of a noble metal modified from. Wherein the iron-based oxide include ferric and ferrous iron, having a certain magnetic; other metal oxides containing one or more metals of the following elements: magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, chromium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, copper , zinc, gallium, cadmium, indium, tin, wherein the copper comprises a monovalent and divalent tin and divalent comprising tetravalent; modification comprises one or more noble metals: ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, silver, gold, platinum. The resulting cyclized noble metal-modified polyacrylonitrile and multi-metal composite iron-based oxide by heat treatment, forming a composite system photocatalyst for photolysis of water into hydrogen, which is excellent in catalytic activity, photolysis rate of hydrogen production 550μmol / (gh). After catalysis, the catalyst is easy to recycle, good stability and durability.
