The system comprises a computer, a controller, a step motor driver, an electric sliding table, an electric-control angle displacement table, a micro travel switch, a high-precision laser displacement sensor, and a microscopic camera. The computer is communicated with the controller through USB, the controller receives the command signals from the computer and controls the electric sliding table, electric-control angle displacement table, and high-precision laser displacement sensor; the micro travel switch is arranged on two ends of the electric sliding table so as to control the travel distance of the electric sliding table; the high-precision laser displacement sensor provides high-precision displacement data of cross section of an measured object for the computer; and the microscopic camera provides a high-definition image of the enlarged cross section for the computer so as to assist the control of laser detection. The high-precision detection on cross section trace is achieved by combining a high-precision laser ranging technology and smart optical imaging.
