Urban Multi-regional Energy System Planning Considering Integral Energy Operating Optimization

2020
Urban multi-regional energy system generally includes multiple regional energy subsystems, which are uniformly scheduled by the urban multi-regional energy management system. Multiple regional energy subsystems also contain a variety of energy equipment. Compared with the traditional single energy network planning, the types and quantity of equipment are relatively large. Before planning, the configuration of equipment should be considered reasonably. Reasonable system planning can ensure the economy of system establishment and avoid unnecessary loss. This paper focuses on the optimal location and capacity allocation of multiple regional energy subsystems in the urban multi-regional energy system. The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, the optimal planning scheme is given and is proven effectively.
