A self-calibrating sensor toward fluorescence turn-on detection of DMSO and nicosulfuron

2021
Abstract The effective detection of DMSO and pesticide residues are extremely important for human health. A novel 2D Sm-MOF {Sm-MOF = [Sm(L)(NO3)(DMF)3]n (H2L = 2,5-di(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl) terephthalic acid, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide)}was successfully prepared by solvothermal method with Sm(NO3)3·6H2O and H2L, and was further characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The preparation of the multi-emission peak complex Sm-MOF provides a good method for ratio fluorescence, which can be used as a ratio fluorescence sensor for DMSO and Nicosulfuron (NSF). The limits of detection for DMSO and Nicosulfuron (NSF) were 0.112 μΜ and 7.28 nM, respectively.
