Comparação do consumo máximo de oxigênio entre jogadores de futsal que atuam em diferentes posições

2014
Comparison of maximal oxygen uptake among futsal players of different positions Maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max) has been presented as the best parameter for assessing the power and aerobic capacity, making it important to know your variables for development of physical training. The aim of this study was to compare the VO2 max of futsal players that act in different positions. Voluntarily participate in these study 37 male athletes (15.39 ± 0.72 years). These subjects were divided into 4 groups according to its position set (wings, pivot, fixed or goalkeeper). To measure maximal aerobic capacity of individuals test was applied to 3200m of Weltman (1989). The results for each group were as follows: wings = 58.8 ± 2.36 ml.kg 1 .min -1 ; pivots = 49.8 ± 4.3 ml.kg -1 .min -1 , fixed = 53.3 ± 2.84 ml.kg -1 .min -1 ; goalkeeper = 44.9 ± 4.99 ml.kg -1 .min -1 . The VO2 max group of wings was statistically higher than the other. The groups formed by the fixed pivots and showed statistically significant compared to the group of goalkeepers, although they showed no difference between them. We conclude that the game position can influence the values of VO2 max of futsal players. This suggests that the physical preparation for each of these athletes must respect the specificity of gestures developed.
