Observation the effect of team psychological therapy on improvement negatie symptoms of schizophrenia patient

Objective:To explore the effects of team psychological therapy on negative symptom and quality of life of the patients with schizophrenia.Methods:In the study,120 cases of chronic schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into the research group(n=60) with team psychological therapy and the control group(n=60).Before and after 3 months of treatment,using the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) and the General Quality Of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74) respectively.Results:The scores of SANS in research group significantly reduced and GQOLI-74 multiple ratings significantly improved,there was remarkable difference between two groups.Conclusion:Team psychotherapy obvious improve the patient's social adaptation ability and self-care ability;and has Increased the concern and the interest to the outside world and the confidence in treatment.
