Method for elicitation of a plant by means of extracts edible Macrofungi

A method for imparting to a plant by eliciting protection against a pathogen by means of an aqueous composition whose active ingredients are extracted from edible mushroom (coulemelle, oyster mushroom of Paris). An alkaline extraction is then carried out an enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain a fraction of less than 100 kDa. The method involves spraying the aerial parts of the plant with the composition thus obtained; thus acts to fight against fungal diseases of plants such as vines, fruit trees, vegetable crops and cereals.
