The invention discloses a three-color fluorescent detector based on a white-light LED. The white-light LED is used as an excitation light source; circular parallel beams with uniform brightness are obtained after white beams are collimated by a beam stray light filtering and shaping group; the irradiation of narrow-band exciting light to a test sample can be realized by a light splitting light path formed by a first color filter group, a color separation color filter group, a focusing lens group and a second color filter group; a narrow-band fluorescence signal, of which stray light is filtered, is received by the test surface of a photomultiplier. According to the fluorescent detector provided by the invention, the light source and light intensity sampled through a photodiode are used as signal reference of the test sample, so that three fluorescent dyes FITC, Cy and Cy can be detected simultaneously by the fluorescent detector, the entire detector is compact in structure, and has the characteristics of small volume, low power consumption, high sensitivity and portability, the semi-quantitative analysis to the fluorescence intensity of the test sample is achieved, and the detection sensitivity can meet a sodium fluorescein standard of 2.5 pg/ml.
