Accuracy Reliability Sensitivity Analysis of Power Servo Tool Holder

To analyze the effect of the manufacture and assembly errors on the accuracy reliability of power servo tool holder, the accuracy reliability sensitivity is investigated in this work. The accuracy reliability model of power servo tool holder is introduced firstly. The sensitivity analysis theory of the reliability perturbation method is given. Then, the method is applied to the reliability sensitivity of the power servo tool holder of which the type is SFW25 and the importance order of the manufacture and assembly errors for the accuracy reliability is obtained. It offers the guide for improving the accuracy reliability of the considered power servo tool holder.
