Synthesis of a Phosphine Imide Bearing a Hydrosilane Moiety, and Its Water‐Driven Reduction to a Phosphine.

Three novel phosphine imides (III) and (V) are synthesized by lithiation of imide (I) followed by treatment with corresponding chlorosilane.
