Chemical Constituents from Petroleum Ether Fraction of Acer ginnala Leaves

2015
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether fraction of Acer ginnala. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, and the structure were identified by NMR and physicochemical properties. Results: Nigh compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of 80% ethanol extracts of the Acer ginnala leaves and identified as follows: taraxerol( 1),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 2),daucosterol( 3),L-2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol( 4),myricadiol( 5),stigmasterol( 6),ethyl gallate( 7),lupeol( 8),β-sitosterol( 9). Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,5 and 8 were obtained from the genus of this plant for the first time; compounds 1-3,5,6 and 8 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
