On teaching strategies of aerobics in colleges and universities from the perspective of "people oriented"

In view of the main problems in current Aerobics teaching,such as teaching philosophy,student view,evaluation system and lack of knowledge guidance,how to cultivate students' consciousness,establish clear course objectives,set the right courses,select the reasonable teaching mode,establish diversity of teaching evaluation system,improve teachers' ability of teaching and improve the teaching conditions are put forward.This article also discusses teaching strategies of College Aerobics about student-oriented and adapting to the physiological and psychological characteristics of college students.
