Cloning and Expression of NADPH-cytochrome P450 Reductase Gene in Chinese Mitten Crab, Eriocheir sinensis

HIGHLIGHTS EsCPR was isolated from E. sinensis using RT-PCR and RACE methods. EsCPR mRNA was markedly expressed in the hepatopancreas and stomach of E. sinensis. The results showed a higher CPR expression level in the premolt than other stages.
