Access Point Design of the Medical Infusion Monitoring System

The medical infusion monitoring system is used for supervising the infusion process of patients in hospitals. When abnormal cases happen,the host computer software will alarm to remind the nurses to deal with. The system includes wireless end device (WED),access point (AP) and the computer monitoring software. WEDs are used to detect the status of infusion dro Pat each hospital bed. This paper describes the design and implementation of the AP,which uses TI's wireless chi PCC2510 MCU as the core. It receives infusion dro Pdata from WEDs and sends the data to the host computer for monitoring the infusion status for each patient.
