A rural communications development in the Caribbean

Considers various planning functions pertinent to a rural telecommunications system. The digital switching network installed on the Caribbean island of Dominica is outlined and details are given of the development and provision of rural communications on the east coast of the island, using point-to-multipoint microwave radio.
