Design of the measurement and control system for the high-voltage explosion-proof switch based on double-CPU

A new measurement and control system for the high-voltage explosion-proof switch in the underground mine based on the double-CPU is designed and much more attention is paid to its hardware composition,structural characteristics and the software flowchart.Especially because the alternating sampling is adopted and the PLL synchronous sampling circuit is designed during analog signals sampling,the sampling accuracy is consumedly improved.The experiments show that this design mode of the double-CPU system not only strengthens the reliability of the system but also improves the processing speed of protection,display and communication.The system is of stable performance and reliable running,which provides wide application prospect.
