Transport property measuring system

A transport property measuring system comprises a measuring head and a measuring cavity, wherein the measuring head comprises a sample table, a probe table and a first electrode plate, wherein the probe table is positioned between the sample table and the first electrode plate; a second electrode plate is arranged in the measuring cavity; and the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate are provided with electrodes which are in one-to-one correspondence to one another. The invention also relates to an in-situ transport property measuring device and an in-situ transport property measuring method using the transport property measuring system.
