EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF "YI SHU XIN SOFT CAPSULE" ON HEMORHEOLOGY AND INPROVING MICROCIRCULATION

Yi Shu Xin soft capsule" mainly composed of Ginkgo biloba flavone is Chinese traditional medicine preparation.In order to observe its effect on hemorheology and improving microcirculation,we adopted such following target parameters as the maximum platelet aggregation rate (MPAR),wet weight of thrombus,inhibitory rate of thrombosis,semidiameter of mesentery capillary and volume of blood flow,plasma fibrinogen levels and blood and plasma viscosity,etc. Result:A large dose of "Yi Shu Xin" inhibit the form of thrombus in rabbit remarkable, to lose the wet weight of thrombus and to reduce rabbit MPAR significantly. Both semidiameter of rat mesentery capillary and volume of blood flow were found to be higher in total "Yi Shu Xin" groups. Plasma fibrinogen levels and blood viscosity(including plasma viscosity) of rat's blood stasis model is lower than that before using larger dose drug.Plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen levels were comparable.Sunflowerseed salad oil,as a dissolving agent of drug,also has assistant function to reduce Blood Viscosity.All of these proved "Yi Shu Xin soft capsule" could dissolve thrombus,inhibit platelet adhesion reaction and improve microcirculation.The doctor who uses the drug will benefit from the date in research.
