The adjustable balanced track mechanism is characterized in that an integrated balanced track vertical guiding plate (2) is arranged on a one-step forming balanced track carrying surface (1) of a balanced track and consists of arc-shaped track vertical guiding plates (5) and linear track vertical guiding plates (6), the arc-shaped track vertical guiding plates (5) are fixed onto the one-step forming balanced track carrying surface (1) by arc-shaped track reinforcing plates (7), and the linear track vertical guiding plates (6) are fixed onto the one-step forming balanced track carrying surface (1) by linear track reinforcing plates (8).
