The effect of PC 61 BM electrode interlayer on bandgap tunable perovskite photodetectors

High performance perovskite photodetectors are realized by applying PC 61 BM thin film as interfacial layer between the metal contact and the perovskite materials. And the photocurrent of the device with PC 61 BM interlayer is much larger than the device without interlayer. Furthermore, compared with other bromine contents, the MAPb(I 1−X Br X ) 3 /PC 61 BM photodetector shows much better performance when X is equal to 0.2, reaching an ON/OFF ratio of 188.
