Design and implement of Tianjin Agricultural University Youth Fund Project declaration system based on ASP.NET 2.0

The article introduces the design mentality of Tianjin Agricultural University Youth Fund Project declartion system and has realized this system's movement.By designing the database and some modules including the user registion,filling and handing in the requisition and contract,system administration and so on.By using SQL Server 2005,it can not only manage the resources,such as related information,fund declaration form,project contact,but also realize the function of users registration and changing the users' codes.All of above provide a powerful management information system for decision-makers and also offer a convenience and fast advice platform for the users' fund declaration.
