Design of a Highly-linearity PGA in-16 dB～12 dB Gain Range

Programmable gain amplifier(PGA) is widely used in RF receiver as IF amplifier and analog-dgital convertor(ADC) driver.PGA designed by resistance feedback is high linearity and large dynamic.PGA with high linearity and large dynamic is designed based on a feedback full diffeience amplifier and attenuator by complementary metal oxide semiconductor transiston(CMOS) processing.The test and simulation results show that gain range is-16 dB~12 dB,step signal is 1 dB,OP-110 dBm@60 MHz,OIP326 dBm@60 MHz.
