Try Production and Process Improvement of PET Line of Shandong Zibo Tongyu Co. Ltd.

The try producion of 200 000 t/a PET plant with 4 reactors imported from Doma/Ems as well as its running situation and process and equipment improvements during past 4 years are introduced. Under the load of 110%, the consumption of PTA, EG and electricity is 856 kg/t, 334 kg/t and 88 kW·h/t respectively. The improvements of the process and equipment are useful to other companies.
