Plasmid homologies in Edwardsiella ictaluri.

Abstract Plasmids from all available non-channel catfish isolates of Edwardsiella ictaluri were classified by gel electrophoresis and hybridization methods. All isolates, regardless of source, contained classes of homologous plasmids with similar but not identical sizes.
