Linkage energy-saving control method and system for multiple air compressors

The invention is applicable to the technical field of industrial energy-saving control and provides a linkage energy-saving control method and system for multiple air compressors. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining pressure measured values of gas supply end pressure sensors arranged in an on-site air compressor station; comparing the pressure measured values with a pressure threshold value preset in a PLC controller; adjusting the output power of the air compressors according to a comparison result or increasing and decreasing the starting-up quantity of the air compressors arranged in the on-site air compressor station. According to the embodiment of the invention, the PLC controller carries out linkage control on multiple air compressors, the pressure measured values are compared with the preset pressure threshold value to control the power of the air compressors and the starting-up quantity of the air compressors, so that the air compressors of a gas supply system can be kept in reasonable starting-up quantity and operated in a proper power range to lower the energy consumption of the system and avoid energy waste so as to achieve the effect of linkage energy-saving control on multiple air compressors.
