Device for fully-enclosed extraction, transfer and storage of nucleic acids

2013
The invention discloses a device for fully-enclosed extraction, transfer and storage of nucleic acids. The device comprises a sucker and a reaction tube, wherein the sucker comprises a lance pointed end, an O-shaped sealing ring, a spring, a sleeve and a sucker insulated plug, wherein the lance pointed end comprises a lance pointed pipe and a lance pointed needle, wherein an annular groove is formed in the upper part of the inner wall of the sleeve, an annular baffle plate is arranged on the lower part of the inner wall of the sleeve, the lance pointed end is arranged in a cavity of the sleeve, the O-shaped sealing ring is embedded between the lance pointed pipe of the lance pointed head and the sleeve, the spring is sheathed on the outer side of the lance pointed needle, the sucker insulated plug is fixedly connected at the bottom of the cavity of the sleeve, the reaction tube comprises a reagent insulated plug and a reagent storage box and is in a sealing state, and the reagent insulated plug of the reaction tube is in contact with the sucker insulated plug of the sucker. The device can solve the problem that high-concentration aerosol is easy to escape in a process of absorbing nucleic acid amplification afterproducts, thus resulting in the cross contamination.
