Synthesis of α-Fluoro-β-amino Esters

α-Fluoro-β-amino esters in high yield with diastereoselectivity were synthesized using trichlorosilane as a reducer in the presence of DMF by a reduction of α-fluoro-β-enamino esters which were prepared from acetophenones by a simple method.The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.
