Design of Hybrid Simulated Annealing Algorithm for UAV Scheduling Based on Coordinated Task Scheduling

Aiming at the issue of UAV coordinated scheduling, this paper attempts to construct a UAV scheduling model based on an online coordination platform from the perspective of task requesters’ satisfaction and task assigners’ interests so as to increase the efficiency of UAV group network transportation and improve the service satisfaction of task requesters. In order to solve the multi-objective mixed integer programming model, a hybrid simulated annealing algorithm, which satisfies mission mileage, waiting time and coordinated UAV scheduling time, is designed to obtain a scheduling scheme simulation that reduces UAV coordination costs and saves UAV resources, taking into account the interests of both task requesters and the task assigners. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified by a calculation example, of which the results indicate that this method helps to effectively allocate the needs of task requesters, save the flight mileage and reduce the unloaded flight rate.
