Quinine-squaric acid amide hydrogen bond catalysts, synthesis method, and application of quinine-squaric acid amide hydrogen bond catalysts in asymmetrical reactions

2011
The present invention relates to a class of quinine-squaric acid amide hydrogen bond catalysts, a synthesis method, and an application of the quinine-squaric acid amide hydrogen bond catalysts in asymmetrical reactions. The quinine-squaric acid amide hydrogen bond catalysts have the structural formula represented by the following figure, and are prepared from squaric acid dimethylster by two substitution reactions. According to the present invention, the synthesis steps for the catalysts are simple; the reaction conditions are mild; the catalysts can be applicable for a plurality of the asymmetric reactions, such as Michael addition, desymmetrization of cyclic anhydride, and other reactions, such that good yield and excellent stereoselectivity can be obtained.
