The enhancement of nuclear safety: Basic principles and approaches for activities of operation and maintenance

The dual purposes of this presentation are to (I) report on the current situation of the safety of the operation and maintenance/repairs of operating nuclear power plants and the future tasks related to the continued safe operation of the same and (II) to give, as an example, the outline of the operation and maintenance/repairs information network currently planned at Chubu Electric Power Company, Inc.
