Amino acid nutritional analysis of the transgenic lettuce (Lactuca sativa L).

All amino acids content of the first and second generation of transgenic lettuce(Lactuca sativa L),which were transformed by lysine-rich protein gene,were analyzed.Results showed that the lysine-rich protein gene could express normally and the gene could improve the content of lysine in two transgenic generations,and content of other necessary amino acids was stable.
