SOA-based policy service platform design and implantation

In this paper,by analyzing the existing policy service module,combined with SOA ideology,we designed and implemented a common SOA-based policy service platform.The platform has been applied to policy-based heterogeneous network management system to provide policy services and achieved efficiently self-management of the network resources.
