The invention relates to a wavelength conversion device. The device comprises a body and a light transmission element, wherein the body has at least one wavelength conversion zone, an accommodating concave portion and a block portion, the accommodating concave portion and the block portion form a sealing groove, the light transmission element is arranged in the sealing groove to form a light transmission zone, and the light transmission element is blocked by the block portion along the radial direction of the body. The invention further relates to a projector equipped with the wavelength conversion device.
