Inverse Values of the Riemann Zeta Function Tails

We present a bounds of the inverse of the Riemann zeta function tail on $0 < s < 1$ and compute the values of the inverse of the Riemann zeta function tail for $s=\frac{1}{2}, \frac{1}{3}$ and $\frac{1}{4}$.
